IMaToP (Sub‐Grant Agreement 16263) (2015): it aimed at developing a decision web-based system through the execution of wifi sensors and tags for monitoring air and soil condition in real-time, mobile data collection, alarms based on Complex Event Processing and Advanced Visualisation.
The project was targeted to tomato producers in order to support them in implementing proactive and corrective actions, such as the precise harvest time, the optimal irrigation practices, tailored on live data and indicators gathered and compared with optimal standards required by the specific tomato variety.
